Welcome to Costpoint 8 Learning Portal
The project I'm most proud of was a training portal covering the first major release for Costpoint in over a decade. This portal and the content within was a year in the making, designed to support the transition from one major release to the next, with a timed approach that clients could use to roll out the training to their company. I developed a strategic plan and presented it to the Executive Team, obtaining their buy-in and sign-off for the approach. Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers and Stakeholders were identified and kept apprised of all developmental milestones.
